Accepting Telehealth/Virtual Clients TODAY!

In order to ensure the most efficient access to care, we’ve implemented the TWO OPTIONS below to get scheduled with a therapist.

Currently accepting the following commercial insurances: BCBS, Optum, UnitedHealthcare, Cigna, and Aetna

Self-Pay and Sliding Scale options available, too!

**If you’re seeking support for Maternal Mental Health and have UHC Community Plan, request an appointment by clicking here.

OPTION 1: Get scheduled with a provider ASAP

If you’re confident that you know what you’re looking for in a mental health provider and how the therapeutic process works, we are more than happy to get you scheduled directly with a therapist.

You will be responsible for completing all of your consent forms at least 24hrs before your appointment.

After we receive your appointment request below, we will match you with a therapist based on the information you share in the online form. Please note: This process is not as thorough as meeting with one of our Intake Coordinators. In addition, when you skip meeting with one of our Intake Coordinators, you will not have the opportunity to speak with a mental health support staff member in more detail on the specifics and nuances of your therapeutic needs, ask insurance questions, or explore your Client Portal with someone live prior to your first appointment with your therapist.

OPTION 2: Meet with an Intake Coordinator first

During this free, virtual appointment, you’ll be asked what motivates you to begin therapy, as well as to review the therapeutic process and tools we use to support your healing journey. In addition, the Intake Coordinator will answer any Client Portal questions you have + work with you to complete all intake documentation necessary to connect you with the best therapist for your needs.

Once you have completed your Consultation appointment with one of our Intake Coordinators, our scheduling team will review your information and get you scheduled with a mental health provider who will be able to fully support you and who is in-network with your insurance (if insurance is your choice of payment).

Please note these sessions with our Intake Coordinators are only available via telehealth. Despite there being an in-person option, please be aware that these will always be virtual connections.
