When does it start?

Offered virtually Fridays at 12:00-1:30pm (Central Time), beginning March 15, 2024 with the final session concluding on April 26, 2024. Groups meet at the same time for 7 weeks.

  • This group will be a virtual 7-week group facilitated by NCCC interns while under the supervision of licensed clinicians. Licensed clinicians will attend group sessions muted and with camera off for additional support as needed for crisis and/or an alternate co-facilitator.

  • This group will be offered at no fee for current clients. Clients must be active and working with an individual therapist at NCCC.

  • This group will follow a consistent agenda with an associated theme each week. Sessions will consist of a check in/icebreaker, psychoeducation or engagement in an activity, group processing of experience, and a round exploring what the client is taking from the group.

  • Clients will not be admitted to the group if they are more than 10 minutes late. There is no minimum number of attendees. Groups will not limit the number of attendees, and programming may look different based on number of participants.

  • This and future short-term groups will be provided virtually to provide accessibility and remove barriers to attendance.
