In order to ensure the most efficient access to care for your patient, please schedule a Consultation with one of our Intake Coordinators below.

What to expect during a Consultation:

During this free, virtual appointment, your patient will be asked what motivates them to begin therapy, as well as to review the therapeutic process and tools we use to support their healing journey. In addition, the Intake Coordinator will answer any Client Portal questions they have + work with them to complete all intake documentation necessary to connect them with the best therapist for their needs. 

Once they have completed a Consultation appointment with one of our Intake Coordinators, our scheduling team will review their information and get them scheduled with a mental health provider who will be able to fully support them and who is in-network with their insurance (if insurance is their choice of payment).

Payment Options

NCCC is currently in-network with the following commercial insurances:

• BCBS

• Optum

• Cigna

• Aetna

Our Advanced Interns can provide a deep sliding scale rate that ranges from $5-$65.

We are NOT in-network with Allegiance Cigna, BCBS Anthem, or Medicaid providers (UHC Dual Complete, UHC Community Plan, BlueCare, TennCare, etc.)
