She is passionate about assisting you with adjustments to life changes and helping you optimize yourself for healthy daily living.

As a counselor, Ginny believes in helping you connect with your inner strength, which helps you heal and grow in difficult times. She adopts a person-centered and strength-based philosophy in therapy, as each person represents a unique combination of personal and cultural histories, predispositions and endowments, and embodied experiences resulting from their interactions with their surroundings. As an Asian counselor who spent many years overseas, Ginny is used to working with people in cross-cultural and international contexts.
