Emily graduated from the University of Florida with a B.A. in Psychology and from Vanderbilt University with a M.Ed. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Emily is passionate about helping others and seeks to provide a safe place for exploration and empowerment in her relational and mental healthcare work. She considers it a gift to help clients navigate an array of challenges and is particularly interested in identity work and helping those who have endured religious trauma and marginalization. Emily recently completed her Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction certification and implements mindfulness practices into her daily life.
