Brianna, LPC-MHSP, received her Master of Education degree in Human Development Counseling from Vanderbilt University. She has spent her early career working with individuals in recovery from addiction. Most recently, she has worked within a residential organization where she supported mothers in recovery and their children with parenting support, child therapy, and social-emotional skill development.
Brianna believes that healing begins when one feels truly seen and heard. With a strengths-based lens, Brianna helps clients discover that, with a little investigating and self-compassion, they already possess what they need within themselves to prosper. She collaborates with adults, adolescents, and children using Cognitive Behavior Therapy, person-centered approaches, and Play Therapy to meet their goals.
