Therapist Spotlight - Catherine Lucas, LMSW
Catherine Lucas, LMSW obtained her BSW from Belmont University and her MSSW from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. She has experience working in court advocacy with those impacted by domestic and intimate partner violence and sexual assault. Catherine also has experience working in the psychiatric hospital setting (inpatient and intensive outpatient) with a wide range of issues and severity of illnesses. Catherine enjoys helping others work to live more authentically while being able to enjoy life amid everyday challenges.

Sarah graduated with her Masters in Social Work from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville and her Bachelors in Psychology from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Sarah's approach to therapy is supportive and empowering, and she believes in practicing curiosity instead of judgment. LaToya Johnson is a licensed master social worker in Middle Tennessee. She earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in social work from the University of Memphis and the University of Tennessee, respectively. With over 10 years of experience in the field of mental health, she enjoys working with women, specifically mothers, who need help managing symptoms of trauma, depression, and anxiety. LaToya believes we all possess the ability to heal and considers it an honor to guide you in your journey to healing through the use of Mindfulness, CBT, and EMDR.
NCCC Staff Spotlight - Andi Wyatt, New Client Administrative Assistant
Andi Wyatt has been on the NCCC team this last year as our New Client Administrative Assistant. In her role, Andi walks those reaching out about therapy through each step of becoming a new client. This includes matching them with a therapist who best fits their current needs, scheduling their first appointment, and assisting them with paperwork. Andi also assists our front desk during the week by offering a warm welcome to therapists and clients. In addition to being a new mom, Andi is also in grad school working toward becoming a therapist herself.
Therapist Spotlight - Rachel Mercedies Beihl, LPC-MHSP(temp)
Rachel Mercedes Beihl, LPC-MHSP (temp), received her M.A. in Mental Health and Wellness Counseling from New York University, and her B.S. in Sociology from Belmont University. Her work is grounded by the belief that humans are complex beings that deserve to find a healing practice that honors their entire selves, both seen and unseen. Rachel actively works to ensure therapy is a space where clients develop a sense of comfort while walking through their healing journey.
NCCC Staff Spotlight - Morgan Martin, New Client Support Manager
Morgan Martin is NCCC’s New Client Support Manager and has worked for the last year on our scheduling and support team. In her role, Morgan oversees the matching of new clients with therapists who will be the best fit for their needs. You might have also seen Morgan welcoming clients and therapists at the front desk of our Metrocenter office. Whether through our support email or in person, Morgan always offers a kind presence and a helping hand.
