NCCC Staff Spotlight - Morgan Martin, New Client Support Manager

Morgan Martin is NCCC’s New Client Support Manager and has worked for the last year on our scheduling and support team. In her role, Morgan oversees the matching of new clients with therapists who will be the best fit for their needs. You might have also seen Morgan welcoming clients and therapists at the front desk of our Metrocenter office. Whether through our support email or in person, Morgan always offers a kind presence and a helping hand.

In celebration of being with NCCC one year, we asked Morgan a few questions to get to know her better.

Q + A with Morgan:

Do you have any creative outlets or interests?

I love to read, write, and draw (poorly).

What three words best describe the type of therapist/team member you are?

Caring, meticulous, gentle.

What are some of your favorite local spots to visit?

Gift Horse, Parnassus Books, Centennial Park, and The Wild Cow!

What is a dream that you want to make come true one day?

To have a deeply peaceful life, with an intertwined feeling of being fully and unshakably content within myself.

Q + A with Morgan’s Team Lead, Amanda:

What are Morgan's strengths when it comes to her role?

Connection, Compassion, and Curiosity. Morgan's ability to connect with team members and client concerns with curiosity and compassion is truly remarkable to witness. She cares deeply that clients are getting the support they need and getting scheduled with therapists who are the best fit, while also having the therapist's needs at the forefront. She's someone people just naturally feel comfortable with and want to be around. She brings both theScheduling/Support team closer and helps the entire NCCC team connect and find common ground.

In what areas does Morgan shine?

Whenever a team member needs someone to be there for them, whether it's just to vent about their life, sit in silence to have someone near during a hard day, a 10 minute walk, or a client is reluctant to get started and just needs extra touch points, Morgan meets that person where they are. Her patience and ability to fully listen, support, and empower is inspiring and refreshing.

What has been your favorite thing about knowing Morgan and having her on your team?

I laugh 10x more since she has been on my team. The Scheduling/Support world is fast paced and can be stressful at times, but with Morgan on the team, you know you're going to have breaks in the chaos to connect and laugh with her witty, funny stories. I can't imagine our team or company without her.
