Angelica Woods-Smith is an LPC-MHSP and Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC). Angelica works with adolescents and adults for individual therapy and is available through telehealth. She is trained in EMDR, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing, using these approaches based on your treatment preference and need.

She has a B.A. in Psychology and M.S. in Counseling from the University of Memphis and is currently pursuing a doctorate degree from The University of Holy Cross. Angelica has thirteen years of experience in the counseling profession, working in community mental health, Vocational Rehabilitation, and acute care settings.

Angelica is a native and lover of all things Memphis who loves to read, travel, and find any opportunity to celebrate with her family and friends.
