I earned my Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Development from the University of Houston. I am currently pursuing my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Lamar University and will graduate in August of 2024.

Life can sometimes feel overwhelming, but you don't have to face it alone. I am passionate about helping others reach their full potential. I approach counseling with a warm, humanistic, and integrative approach, recognizing the mind-body connection and uncovering each individual's unique strengths. My aim is to support you in forming meaningful relationships, healing past wounds, and finding peace and self-acceptance.

Psychologist Carl Rogers once said, "The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I change." Together, we can explore and address the underlying emotions and beliefs that may hinder your growth, gaining a deeper understanding of your motivations and paving the way for a happier and healthier life.

Outside of counseling, I have a passion for travel and immersing myself in different cultures. I enjoy trying new restaurants, cooking diverse dishes, and spending time with family and friends.
