As a certified trauma professional trained in IFS and EMDR, Aaron specializes in supporting survivors of sexual violence, childhood abuse, trauma, and dissociation. Aaron is also passionate about working with LGBTQIA+ folks seeking support and provide gender-affirming psychological evaluations for medical care.

Aaron believes that a safe and non-judgmental therapeutic environment is essential for healing, and his priority is to ensure that you feel comfortable exploring challenging topics at your own pace. While Aaron typically takes a collaborative approach, he can also be directive, when needed, to help you make progress toward your therapeutic goals.

In therapeutic sessions, Aaron will serve as a guide, walking beside you on your journey while being mindful of any parts of you that arise. His approach is grounded in trauma-informed therapies, which emphasize the importance of identifying how marginalization and social pressures may impact your stress levels today. Ultimately, Aaron wants you to feel heard, understood, and prepared to move forward on your path of healing.

Before your initial session with a therapist, please schedule a time to meet with our Intake Coordinator.
