Healing Happens Together: NCCC Leadership Team Retreat

Stay with it. The wound is the place where the Light enters you.

- Rumi

At Nashville CCC we believe healing happens together, and so much of healing requires looking deep into our wounds. It’s hard work. And that’s why we don’t do the work alone. Thank you for joining us on your healing journey. We’re grateful to be a part.

As a rapidly growing organization (We began January 2020 with 3 therapists and by the end of November we will employ almost 40!), we’re working to organize ourselves in ways that align with our values of healing justice, accessibility, inclusivity, and collaboration. To this end, our leadership team gathered together in person for the first time in a long time (all vaccinated and presenting negative Covid tests prior to being together) at the beginning of October to connect, collaborate, plan for the future, and engage in community service at Thistle Farms

We walked away from our time together energized by the work before us, challenged by the daunting needs facing our community, and healed by sitting in a circle of leaders devoted to genuine connection, authenticity, and compassion.
