National Creative Arts Therapies Week: March 13-19, 2022

March 13-19, 2022 is National Creative Arts Therapies Week. “Creative Arts Therapies” encompasses a variety of professions, according to the National Coalition of Creative Arts Therapies Associations, which include art therapy, dance/movement therapy, music therapy, group psychotherapy and psychodrama, drama therapy, and poetry therapy. These professions provide creative approaches to mental healing and growth. Many of the professions require graduate level training as well as state licensure and/or national certification.
