Peyton, LMSW received her BS in Recreation Therapy from IU-Bloomington and her masters of social work from Indiana Wesleyan University. She has spent the earlier parts of her career providing restorative therapy through leisure, recreation and expressive arts with children, adolescents and adults. She has recently been working with client experiencing crisis and connecting them with support and resources to aid in coping and stabilization. Peyton believes in a collaborative partnership and meeting you where you are.
With an empowerment lens she believes that we are all equipped to navigate life’s challenges and lead lives that are meaningful and fulfilling. She is committed to providing a space for healing through support and compassion. Peyton utilizes modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, strength-based perspective and person-centered approach.
Peyton enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling, trying new foods and singing with her band.
