Kimberly Harris, LCSW, has called Nashville home for the past 24 years. She completed her BA/MSW degrees at the University of Arkansas. Kimberly has been a practicing behavioral health clinician for the past 30 years focusing on chronic illness, behavioral health, Women’s health, ADHD, addictions, and leadership. She has experience counseling all ages, genders, and lifestyles.
Kimberly enjoys seeing people work toward the best version of themselves. She guides the process of holistically exploring the physical, spiritual, mental, and emotion parts of an individual’s life, identifying imbalances, and establishing a plan for restoring balance and harmony, with the individual. Kimberly approaches the counseling relationship from a strengths perspective using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy infused with DBT, Mindfulness, Meditation, and Somatic practices to improve self-awareness, self-regulation, relationships, and coping.
