Kelsey seeks to form a strong clinical relationship with you to help you better understand your emotions and validate your lived experiences. She believes that evidenced-based practices and expressive techniques (such as music, imagery, art, poetry, and dream analysis) have the power to sculpt inner landscapes and to bring you into wholeness and healing.
