Diamond attended University of the Cumberlands where she obtained a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She completed her undergraduate degree in Psychology with a minor in Sociology at Middle Tennessee University.

Diamond has experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults. Diamond's therapeutic approach is integrative in nature combining cognitive-behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and reality/choice therapy. She is passionate about helping others gain insight by creating a positive and safe space for you to be your authentic self through genuineness, empathy, and non judgment. She believes in building trusting, collaborative relationships that will help guide you on your journey to healing and growth. She takes a lead to follow approach and challenges you to overcome obstacles and barriers so that you can thrive everyday as your best self.
