Hi, I’m Diamond, a dedicated therapist passionate about helping children, adolescents, and young adults navigate life’s challenges. I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of the Cumberlands and completed my undergraduate studies in Psychology with a minor in Sociology at Middle Tennessee State University.

My therapeutic approach is integrative, blending Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Reality Therapy to meet each client’s unique needs. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions, embrace your authentic self, and work toward meaningful growth.

I believe in the power of a trusting, collaborative relationship to guide you on your healing journey. Together, we’ll address obstacles and barriers, empowering you to thrive as your best self every day. My approach is grounded in empathy, genuineness, and non-judgment, and I’m here to support you every step of the way. Take the first step to call or text Diamond now - (615)988-4763
