Dallas is currently attending Tennessee Technological University, where she received her undergraduate degree in Child Development and Family Relations and is obtaining her M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Dallas also has her M.S. degree in Educational Psychology and Research from The University of Memphis.

Dallas’s approach to mental health and counseling revolve around integrating self-connection and self-exploration to further self-empowerment. She is passionate about implementing existential, strengths-based, and solution-focused therapies coupled with mindfulness and spirituality. In her free time, Dallas enjoys exploring the best food spots in Nashville, traveling, and hanging with her dog and husband.
