Hey! Iā€™m Catherine. With every client, my intention is to create an environment that promotes safety, authenticity, and honoring your needs to fully bloom into the person you were meant to be. I specialize in working with women seeking support with building and maintaining healthy relationships, intimacy, self-worth, boundaries, trauma recovery from childhood abuse, sexual abuse/assault, domestic violence, emotional neglect, traumatic accidents, and other difficult life experiences. I also deeply enjoy supporting those with borderline personality disorder.

I have worked in the psychiatric hospital setting (both inpatient and outpatient) enabling me to support those actively receiving medication management and those who have symptoms that impact daily functioning.

My education includes gaining my BSW from Belmont University and my MSSW from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and my license (LMSW) shortly after. I have training in trauma sensitive yoga, EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Polyvagal informed therapy. It would be an honor to work with you.

Therapy can feel intimidating, but compassionate support is here to guide you toward healing when you're ready.
