Types of Therapy
The adults we work with are usually functioning (oftentimes high functioning), however coping skills are no longer serving them. We support people who want to feel better, however do not have the road map to get there. We work together to evaluate what is working and what is not to develop a plan to get you living your best life.
Maternal Mental Health
We strive to provide parents and parents to be with support thru infertility, loss, pregnancy, and postpartum. It is common for this season to be filled with many dual emotions-happy and sad, excited and scared- and therapy has proven to be helpful to support these transitions with greater ease. We specialize in treating postpartum depression, postpartum anxiety, and birth trauma.
Child & Adolescent Therapy
Children, teenagers, and adolescents need safe spaces to feel heard, seen, and validated. We partner with you and your child to identify their thoughts and behaviors, resolving anxiety, depression, self esteem, or identity issues.
We co-create a safe, open space to solve problems, expand communication skills, ensuring that individual in the family system feel heard. Family counseling can be helpful when problems arise and can help restore and improve communication.
Infant Mental Health
We support parents and their babies to optimize the physiological, social, and emotional well-being.We foster parent-child attachment, identify resources and provide counseling to help caregivers understand social-emotional development of infants and toddlers, including how to manage challenging behaviors.
