Individual Therapy


The adults we work with are usually functioning (oftentimes high functioning), however coping skills are no longer serving them. We support people who want to feel better, however do not have the road map to get there.

We work together to evaluate what is working and what is not to develop a plan to get you living your best life.

Counseling offers a safe space to explore things in life that may be more complex or difficult to understand. 

It is a healthy way to work on yourself and learn better ways to handle your thoughts, feelings, relationships, home, and work life.  Together we can look at barriers that are keeping you from creating the change you are seeking and find the best ways to implement those changes.  We can also help you manage symptoms that are causing distress in your life, whether it be depression, anxiety, or relational issues.
