Our everyday experiences can have a profound effect on the breath. With a background in somatic psychology and understanding of the subtle body, this practice engages the breath as a tool to turn inwards, allowing us to reconnect with our body to create lasting change and shifts at a deep cellular level.
Each session is 90 minutes in length, where you will experience in-depth intuitive counseling and an hour session of connected breathing practice. You will leave feeling deeply peaceful, lighter, with greater clarity and freedom to step into your joy.
